Automatic prescription refill services

With our automatic refill service, the pharmacy team takes care of everything! You no longer have to request that your prescription be filled or spend time waiting at the pharmacy while your prescription is being filled.

Before your prescription runs out, you’ll get a text message or an email alerting you to come and pick up your prescriptions. You can also send someone to pick up your prescription refill on your behalf.

Let us save you time and ensure you never run out of your medication. Sign up for our automatic refill service today by calling or visiting your pharmacy.

Other convenient ways to refill your prescription

In some cases, prescriptions can’t be refilled automatically. We make it easy to submit a prescription refill request online. Simply log in to your 360Health account and select the prescription you want to refill. Don’t have an account? It only takes a few minutes to create a 360Health account.

If you prefer to call or visit your pharmacy to refill your prescription, find our pharmacy locator here.

Prescription renewals

If you don’t have any refills left on your prescription, you may need a renewal. In the past, that meant a trip to a doctor’s office. Now, pharmacists can renew many types of prescriptions. Simply visit your pharmacy or submit a request through your 360Health account and check if your prescription can be renewed by a pharmacist.

If you sign up for our renewal reminder service, we’ll send you a reminder when it’s time to renew your prescription.
